What's your Warranty Policy?

All of our products, as per Australian consumer law, are covered by a one year limited warranty. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any reasonably foreseeable damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This Warranty does not apply: to A) parts or components designed to degrade over time, such as protective coatings or mechanical components, unless failure has occured due to a failure or defect in craftsmanship or materials. B) Damage sustained to Simtronix Industries products that occurs due to any factors or situations in which Simtronix Industries has no control. These include, damage sustained from drops, falls and other impacts, liquid contact, abuse, misuse or other external factors in which the product was not designed for. C) Damage that occurs due to use outside of a regular simulator environment which exposes the product to adverse weather conditions, dirt, dust, or any other particulate matter in which the product was not designed for.

Are Simtronix products compatible with other brands?

All Simtronix Industries wheels/wheel rims are compatible with the majority of direct drive wheelbases on the market, as our wheel hubs support both 50.8 and 70mm M5 bolt patterns, which are the industry standard.

You will need to purchase a supported third party hub/quick release (that supports a 50.8mm or 70mm M5 bolt pattern) that suits your wheelbase separately.

In the case of products like the BBX, industry standard mounting systems such as RAM or VESA supported. This allows you to easily mount your Simtronix product wherever you please.

Do you ship your products outside Australia?

Yes! We ship our products internationally. We prefer to use DHL however you can opt to use a standard postal service.

How can I customise my simtronix product?

All Simtronix products can be controlled through Simhub.

Instructions on how to control your Simtronix device through Simhub are included in the box, and in the respective product manual.

Will I have to pay import duties?

Please note that international customers may be required to pay taxes and/or duties on their Simtronix products, depending on their location.
It is the responsibility of the customer to make themselves aware of any taxes and/or duties they may incur. Any taxes and duties will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. These are not included in the purchasing price.
